Welcome to Infisetu Technologies. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://infisetu.com/ and the professional web design, Shopify eCommerce, UI/UX design, SEO, custom web application, and website maintenance services provided by Infisetu Technologies.

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or signing a project statement of work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Infisetu Technologies provides digital design, software engineering, and web strategy services including, but not limited to:

• Custom Website Design & Development (WordPress, Elementor, Custom Web Solutions)
• Shopify & eCommerce Store Development & Customization
• UI/UX & Mobile App Product Interface Design
• SEO & Website Speed / Performance Optimization
• Custom Web Application & API Integration Services
• Monthly Website Maintenance, Care & Technical Support

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal, Quotation, or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon between Infisetu Technologies and the Client.

• Quotations & Estimates: All project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payment Milestones: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, project payments follow our standard milestone structure:
  • Deposit: A non-refundable advance deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required prior to project initiation.
  • Interim Milestone(s): Payments tied to approved design wireframes or development milestones.
  • Final Balance: Remaining balance due upon project completion, prior to final website launch or transfer of source code files.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment interest fee of 1.5% per month. Infisetu Technologies reserves the right to pause active development or suspend website access if invoice payments are overdue.

• Content & Asset Delivery: The Client agrees to provide all necessary text, images, logos, product data, and branding assets required for project completion in a timely manner.
• Review & Feedback: The Client agrees to designate a single point of contact and provide consolidated feedback within 5 business days of receiving project deliverables or milestone previews.
• Project Delays: Timelines provided by Infisetu Technologies are estimates based on prompt client feedback and asset delivery. Delays caused by late client submissions or extended feedback cycles may adjust final delivery dates accordingly.

• Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives complete ownership of the final graphical designs, custom website content, and source code created specifically for the project.
• Pre-Existing Code & Tools: Infisetu Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, open-source libraries, proprietary development scripts, and third-party tools utilized in the project.
• Portfolio Rights: Infisetu Technologies retains the right to showcase completed client projects, screenshots, and testimonials on our portfolio website (https://infisetu.com/), case studies, and marketing channels, unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

• Included Revisions: Each project phase (e.g. Design Approval, Staging Review) includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions within the agreed scope of work.
• Scope Creep: Requests for additional pages, new feature integrations, major layout redesigns, or functionality changes outside the original proposal will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate or under a new project quotation.

• Third-Party Plugins & Licenses: Projects may require third-party plugins, APIs, fonts, or premium themes (e.g., Shopify apps, premium WordPress tools). The Client is responsible for ongoing third-party subscription fees unless included in a dedicated Infisetu Maintenance Plan.
• Third-Party Outages: Infisetu Technologies is not liable for website downtime, server outages, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party web hosting providers, domain registrars, or external software platforms.
• Monthly Maintenance: Clients on an active Infisetu Website Maintenance Plan receive regular security updates, backups, and monitoring as defined in their plan agreement.

• Bug Fix Guarantee: Infisetu Technologies provides a 30-day bug-fix guarantee following final website launch for any technical errors directly related to code developed by our team.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infisetu Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from website usage or service delays.
• Total Liability: In no event shall Infisetu Technologies' total cumulative liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Infisetu Technologies for the specific project in question.

• Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing seven (7) days written notice.
• Payment Upon Termination: In the event of project termination prior to completion, the Client agrees to pay Infisetu Technologies for all billable hours worked and completed milestones up to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Infisetu Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
